Qualifications:

1. Qualified to be or equivalent to Full Professor.
2. Under the age of 62 on Feb. 1, 2020.

The Qualified candidate will be expected to lead the CCU College of Engineering to fulfill the following goals:

1. Pursuing excellence in teaching, research, and social interaction and care.
2. Providing effective leadership and coordination of all departments and graduate institutes of the College of Engineering.
3. Building both internal and external large-scale research teams.
4. Inspiring young faculty members as well as cultivating research team leaders.
