The College of Engineering, National Chung Cheng University (CCU) is pleased to announce that our French partner university, Epitech, is now accepting nominations for its Spring 2027 Exchange Student Program.

Students interested in participating in an exchange program at Epitech are welcome to apply through the College of Engineering.

For Spring 2027, Epitech offers exchange study options in Paris and Barcelona. Please note that each program is linked to a specific city. Students must study in the city designated for their selected program; the Barcelona programs cannot be taken in Paris, and vice versa.

Please refer to the Epitech programme catalogue attached to this announcement for detailed information on the available programs.

1. Application to the College of Engineering

Students who are interested in applying should submit their application to Ms. Wang at the College of Engineering Office by September 30, 2026.

The following documents are required:

1. CCU Internal Exchange Program Application Form
2. Parental Consent Form

Please complete the forms and submit them to the College of Engineering Office by the deadline.

The College of Engineering will review the applications and submit the official nominations to Epitech on behalf of the selected students. Students do not need to submit their nominations directly to Epitech.

Important: The internal application deadline of the College of Engineering is September 30, 2026, which is earlier than Epitech's official nomination deadline. Students interested in applying must complete the internal application by the CCU deadline.

2. Epitech Nomination and Application Deadlines

After the College of Engineering submits the nominations, Epitech will send the official application link directly to the nominated students by email.

As students from Taiwan are considered non-EU students, the relevant deadlines are:

• CCU College of Engineering internal application deadline: September 30, 2026
• Epitech nomination deadline: October 15, 2026
• Epitech application deadline for non-EU students: November 1, 2026

3. Documents Required for the Epitech Application

After receiving the application link from Epitech, students will need to complete the online application and prepare the following documents:

• A scanned copy of the passport
• An English proficiency certificate with a minimum level of B2
  • Epitech accepts internal English proficiency tests/certificates issued by the student's home university.
• An English transcript of records
  • The transcript must be provided in English. Transcripts in other languages are not accepted.

4. Academic Programs and Locations

Epitech offers exchange study options in Paris and Barcelona.

Paris

Students may apply for Epitech's new Exchange Student Programmes in Paris.

Please refer to the attached Epitech programme catalogue for details regarding available programs and courses.

Barcelona

Students may apply for Epitech's first- or second-year Bachelor's programs in Barcelona.

Please note that technical tests in C programming are required for both the S2 and S4 options. Students interested in these options should review the relevant requirements carefully before applying.

Important:

Each program is linked to a specific city. Students cannot take a Barcelona program in Paris or a Paris program in Barcelona.

Please refer to the attached programme catalogue for detailed information about the available programs, study options, and requirements.

5. €200 Fee and Acceptance Letter

After completing the Epitech application, students will be required to pay a €200 fee through Flywire, as instructed by Epitech.

Once Epitech confirms receipt of the payment, the Acceptance Letter will be sent to the student by email within a few days.

Epitech will also organize a pre-arrival webinar for exchange students a few weeks before the semester begins.
