一、交換學生計畫（Student Exchange Program）

• 期間：2026 年 8 月至 12 月（2026 學年第 1 學期）
• 計畫內容：修習一學期或兩學期課程
• 申請截止日：2026 年 5 月 15 日

📎 申請方式與注意事項

• 有意申請之學生，請先向本院提出申請，由本院統一提名
• 請於2026年4月23日前向本院國際事務窗口王小姐(admmcw@ccu.edu.tw)聯繫，並繳交下列資料：護照中英文全名、性別、就讀系所、欲在SIIT選讀之課程（大學部或碩班）、電子信箱、交換計畫申請表及交換計畫家長同意書
• 需備文件：(所有申請文件需合併成一個PDF檔案並寄給SIIT審核)

1. Application form
2. Letter of Application (Motivation Letter)
3. Regulations for exchange students with a signature of an applicant
4. Resume
5. Transcript of record from your first year until current year (If you are a Master student, please also submit the transcript of your Bachelor’s degree.)
6. English Proficiency test score (TOEFL or IELTS, or an equivalent, or letter confirming applicant’s English proficiency)
7. Recommendation letter from an academic advisor
8. A copy of passport (data page)
