Our partner institution, EPITECH Technology, a leading computer engineering school based in Paris with campuses in Lyon and Barcelona, is now accepting nominations for the Spring 2026 Exchange Program

2. Application Process

• Application Deadline: March 25, 2026
• Procedure:
  Students must first apply through our college. Nominations will be submitted centrally.

Interested students should register by email (admmcw@ccu.edu.tw) and provide:

1. Full name (as in passport, Chinese & English)
2. Department & year of study
3. Field of specialization
4. Proof of English proficiency (B2 minimum)
5. Intended exchange period & study options: for example: Fall 2026, 2026-2027 Full year, or Spring 2027, Paris or Barcelona
6. Exchange application form & parental consent form (submit to the College of Engineering Office)
7. Internal deadline: March 25, 2026

(All applications will be nominated by the College of Engineering Office.)

• After nomination, Epitech will send the application link directly to the nominated students.

3. Official Application to EPITECH

• Deadline: April 30, 2026
• Required Documents:
  • Passport copy
  • Proof of English proficiency (minimum B2; internal university tests accepted)
  • Official transcript in English
• Selection Process:
  • Online interview will be arranged
  • Technical test may be required
  • Admission is based on interview and/or technical evaluation

4. Study Options (Starting September 2026)

📍 Paris, France

• New Exchange Student Programme

📍 Barcelona, Spain

• Bachelor’s Year 1 or Year 3
• Year 3 requires technical tests in C and C++

⚠️ Please note: Each program is tied to a specific city and cannot be interchanged.

5. Fees and Acceptance Letter

• A €200 administrative fee (via Flywire) is required
• The acceptance letter will be issued by EPITECH after payment confirmation
