Application Process

Interested students should register by email (admmcw@ccu.edu.tw) and provide:

• Full name (as in passport, Chinese & English)
• Department & year of study
• Field of specialization
• Proof of English proficiency (B2 minimum)
• Intended exchange period: Spring 2026
• Exchange application form & parental consent form (submit to the College of Engineering Office)

Internal deadline: September 30, 2025
(All applications will be nominated by the College of Engineering Office.)

EPITECH Online Application

After nomination, students will be contacted by EPITECH and must complete their online application by November 1, 2025.

Required documents:

• Passport scan
• Proof of English proficiency (B2 minimum; internal test accepted)
• Transcript in English

Admission will be based on an interview and (if needed) a technical test.

Study Options (Paris / Barcelona)

• Year 1 bachelor program (C language test required)
• Year 2 bachelor program (C language test required)

Important Notice – New Fee Policy (from Sept. 2025)

EPITECH will charge €200 per semester for all incoming exchange and fee-paying students.
This fee covers administrative costs, student associations, student card, and activities, and must be paid via Flywire before arrival.
